At this time, Bridesmaid Dresses, Bridal Gowns, and Mother of the Bride Dresses are available for at-home try on. Q.WHAT DOES THE COST OF SAMPLES GO TOWARDS?
The cost of your samples goes directly towards the cost of shipping bothways (from us to you and back to us.) Therefore, the price you pay for the try-on dresses does NOT go towards the cost of your final order and is not refunded upon the return of the try-on dresses.
Our samples are ONLY available to customers in the contiguous United States at this time.
It takes about 1-3 days for processing and 1-10 business days to ship.
Your return package needs to be postmarked for return within 7 days with the pre-paid shipping label after delivery.
Please return to the sample within the time frame. If something happens and you can't get your order in time, send us an email or message us on Facebook ASAP explaining why we may be able to help you out. Otherwise, you will be charged twice the retail cost, as well as additional shipping and handling fees. Refusal to comply with our terms and policies will result in being prohibited from ordering with us in the future.
